A healthy new year

Well its a couple of weeks into the new year, how are your resolutions going?
 
From the amount of tests ordered, many more people than normal are suffering intolerance related issues.  This is not a surprise as the long spell of cold weather combined with the long christmas holiday period will lead to an attack on your immune system.
 
The test is a good idea to give you an idea of the items to try and eliminate but at the same time you need to try and attack it from another angle.  You can boost your immune system by increasing your fruit and veg intake and by also taking some light exercise each day.
 
Another option is a great immune boosting juice.  Try juicing 1/2 an apple with a small piece of ginger.  It will make a small shot, just knock it back and fell the 'judder'.  This is a fantastic immune booster and also good when you feel yourself going down with a cold or flu bug.
