Hi following a recent blog question about a delay in receiving their intolerance and nutrtion test results I thought i would update you on the current situation. We have received an unprecedented number of test purchases both over Christmas and also into the New Year. To cope with this demand we have taken on addtional staff and continuing to turn them around at our normal rate. If you haven't received your results by the expected date please contact us by email on infor@testyourintolerance.com, unfortunately the majority of the delays have been due to the post. We are still receiving test samples posted prior to christmas! Hopefully this postal situation will start to resolve itself over the next few weeks. Please contact us if in doubt. |
