What is wheat?

Wheat is a popular grain farmed throughout the world for use in various foods such as bread, pasta and various baked goods. It has been a staple of many cultures’ diets for several thousand years, although the grain has been bred and modified over this time to improve yield, so some might consider.

What is gluten?

Gluten is a protein found in certain grains such as wheat, barley and rye. Those who have a gluten intolerance should avoid all three of these grains and any other foods which may also contain gluten.

What are the Symptoms?

Common symptoms of Wheat or Gluten intolerance include;
