Once you have received your results from Test Your Intolerance, you will be looking at improving your lifestyle and health. One way to do this is to eat healthier, which is why we are giving you three new clean smoothie recipes which you need to follow to keep the weight off and get rid of your symptoms.

Red Rainbow – Beetroot

The ingredients involved in making a beetroot combo should see you improve your health and happiness. Full of fruit, this juice will give you the boost you need in the morning. A beetroot combo contains one large beet, washed and halved and added to your juice. From there, add four cups of baby spinach and one half of a cored Fuji apple. There is an option, depending on your intolerances, to add a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon. Of course, this will also depend on your taste buds!

To make this delicious recipe, Test Your Intolerance recommend that you add all your ingredients into a juicer, and you should alternate between the ingredients so that you are sure to end with fleshy fruits. Pour into a glass, and then add any options of your choice. We do advise at Test Your Intolerance that if you are found to have an intolerance to any of these items then you do not include this recipe until you have completed your elimination diet.

Green and Lean – The Apple Smoothie

An apple smoothie serves 4, so even if you are doing your healthy diet alone, you can indulge in an apple smoothie and keep some for later. Used as a breakfast, snack or dinner, Test Your Intolerance encourage you to use this healthy recipe to give yourself a boost:

  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 1 and a half! Fuji apples (cored)
  • One-eighth of a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • One-eighth of a teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 cup of ice
  • An optional dash of chia seeds!

Blend until smooth! Yummy!

Boost yourself in the morning

Wake up feeling fresh by trying the Carrot Dandelion detox… which is a perfect supplement to your healthy recipe.


½ pound organic carrots, scrubbed
2 cups baby spinach
¾ cup dandelion greens
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
½ Fuji apple


Add all of the ingredients to a juicer, being sure to alternate between ingredients. Again, we do encourage you to only try these foods after you have taken an intolerance test with Test Your Intolerance. If you are shown to have a sensitivity to any of these items, then please do not attempt to make the recipe for the recommended period of six to eight weeks.
