How do you take a hair sample?

If you have ordered an intolerance test then you will have received a sample submission form via email, which you download and send to us via a postal system with your hair inside. To take the sample for your intolerance test, brush your hair upwards and reveal the root area. How do you take your blood allergy testing sample?

Your sample instructions are found with your kit. However, click here to read instruction to help you with your blood spot testing. Blood allergy testing can often sound scary to some people, but Test Your Intolerance provides customers with two FDA approved lancets, all of which are designed to give you a very small prick which starts the blood flow.

When will you receive your results?

You will receive your results within 7-10 days after your sample has been received at our lab. Once it has arrived at our lab, we send you an email saying it has arrived safely and that we will handle your blood/hair sample with the utmost care.
